send a bug report please read the medusa FAQ first and then about
known Issues.
If you haven't found any solutions to your problem, fill in the appropriate information in the
bug report, or an email, and send it to us. This is only to make it easier for us to concentrate
on serious problems and to have a chance to solve them. We are really not just trying to be an*l about it.
