Why can I only see thumbnails for some files?

At the moment Medusa supports 25 image formats. If you don't see a thumbnail then it is most probably
because it isn't a supported image format. If you only want to view files that have valid
thumbnails then you should see to it that the "Only thumbnailed" checkbox in the "New project" window
is checked.

How can I start a search from a page that is on a site with frames?

Right click on the link leading to the page you want to start from and choose "Copy Shortcut" from the menu.
Open the New project window in Medusa and paste the link in the Starting URL field.
